This program is a joint effort between New England Clean Energy – the solar installer; the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (CEC) – the government agency in charge of the program, and most important – the community of Shirley. Solarize Mass-Shirley is designed to get more clean, cost-effective and reliable solar onto Massachusetts roofs.
