 Matt Robichaud, Crew Lead

MattMatt achieved Licensed Electrician status in September 2013 after logging 8,000 hours installing solar with us. He was one of our first employees. Matt’s attention to detail and site cleanliness is highly valued by our customers. He spends time off with friends and family, riding his Harley, and rooting for his favorite hockey team … the Bruins, of course! He lives in Princeton.

Mike Richards, Crew Lead


Mike, who achieved his Electrician’s License in March 2014, has helped install hundreds of solar systems since joining New England Clean Energy. Mike’s can-do attitude and enthusiasm make him a positive addition to the crew and the company. He enjoys playing basketball and golf in his off hours. He also enjoys fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle and going to the beach. He lives in Maynard.

Devin Deveaux, Crew Lead

DevinLicensed Electrician Devin Deveaux is a 2009 graduate of Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School. His twin brother is also an electrician, following in their father’s footsteps. Devin enjoys boating on Lake Quinsigamond in the summer, and playing hockey in the winter. He is a die-hard Boston Bruins fan and avid soccer player who lives in Grafton.

James Lamothe, Licensed Electrician

JamesJames worked with his father for 15 years before his brother, our Solar Sales Consultant Rick Lamothe, convinced him to join New England Clean Energy. James enjoys his work because he meets a lot of new people, and the job is different every day. He attended Wachusett High School and enjoys hunting, camping, and family time, especially with his three year-old son. He was raised in and still lives in Rutland, MA.

Jason Williams, Licensed Electrician

JasonJason has taken multiple photovoltaic training classes and received one-on-one training from New England Clean Energy Master Electrician Jonathan Williams. Jason’s polite demeanor and warm smile make him a favorite with our customers. In his off time, he enjoys kayaking, camping and fishing. He lives in Westborough.

Craig Vigeant, Licensed Electrician

CraigCraig started with Clean Energy as an electrical apprentice, and became a Licensed Electrician in January 2017. His outgoing attitude and willingness to help with whatever is needed make him a great addition to New England Clean Energy. Craig enjoys spending free time with his girlfriend and friends. He lives in Marlborough.

Dakota Pereillo, Electrical Apprentice

DakotaDakota graduated from the Electrical Program at Keefe Technical Regional School. After completing basic training with the Army National Guard, he decided to get back into his field of expertise. He spends his spare time with family and friends, and loves playing hockey on a local pond or watching a Bruins game. He resides in Hopkinton, MA.

Mark Richards, Electrical Apprentice

MarkAfter four years at a machine shop, Mark followed his twin brother Mike into the solar business, in 2014. He loves working as an Electrical Apprentice because “every day, I meet people who are truly excited to see us” and “solar is a great way to help the world.” When not working, Mark likes golfing, campfires, family, comedy shows, saltwater fishing, and living life. He lives in Hudson.

Nick Frost, Electrical Apprentice

NickNick received his electrical training at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, graduating in 2013. After getting a taste of solar installation work through a temporary agency, he joined New England Clean Energy in 2014. When he’s not working with solar, Nick likes to hunt, camp, fish, and play hockey. He lives in Sterling.

Trevor Prashaw, Electrical Apprentice

TrevorTrevor was drawn to this field because of the ability to see the positive results from a job well done. He studied as an Electrician at Porter and Chester Institute, and enjoys being a part of the close-knit team at New England Clean Energy. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle with friends, and being with his family, including his dog. Trevor is a true local, residing in Hudson, MA.

Andrew Rodriguez, Solar Installer

AndrewIn addition to installing solar, Andrew is an on-call firefighter for the town of Holden, MA, having recently finished courses at the Fire Academy. Andrew spends his free time camping, watching football – especially the Patriots, and hanging out with his wife and friends. He and his wife live in Worcester, MA.

Brian Slattery, Solar Installer

BrianBrian takes great pride in the work he does, working with people who are passionate about making the installation process enjoyable and successful for customers. According to Brian, “joining the company to help our environment is one of the best choices I have ever made”. He enjoys all outside activities, especially fishing, and also spends time at the gym. He lives in Framingham, MA.

Eric Bannon, Solar Installer


Eric brings his extensive background in construction and project management to the job. After holding several building maintenance positions at Rhode Island companies, he switched to solar installation work, first with another company and then with us. A graduate of Burrillville (RI) High School, Eric lives in Blackstone, MA with his girlfriend and five children. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, sports and family time.

Scott Witkowski, Solar Installer

ScottScott comes to us after graduating in 2014 from the HVAC program at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School. After graduation, he worked for a year gaining experience in the plumbing and heating field, and joined New England Clean Energy in April of 2015. Scott is a longtime Shrewsbury, MA resident and spends his spare time following football and rooting for the Patriots.
