Solar Installer
Location: Hudson, Massachusetts

Solar energy company, New England Clean Energy Inc, is seeking a talented person to join our team as a Solar Racking Installer as an apprentice for our growing company. It’s the perfect role if you have some roofing experience and want to take the next step in your career.
New England Clean Energy Inc is the leading Massachusetts based solar installation company with unmatched customer satisfaction. Based in Hudson, MA is looking for a high energy solar installer with an interest in working in a small but growing company focused on solar renewable energy installations.
Responsibilities:
● Install solar panel pedestals and racking systems
● Light construction and job site maintenance
● Assist electrician and apprentices with non electrical duties
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
● Roofing experience
● OSHA 10 or 30 training a plus
● Construction knowledge (residential construction a plus)
● Have excellent organizational skills
● Enjoy interacting with Customers
● Be able to work as part of a team
● Enjoy working outside
● Be able to work on ladders and roofs of all pitches and heights
● Be able to lift 50lbs
● Have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
Compensation:
● Full-time year-round (M-F) position with hourly compensation based on experience
