About This Position:
New England Clean Energy, a leading Massachusetts-based solar installation company with unmatched customer satisfaction, is looking for a high energy Solar Installer with an interest in working in a small but growing company focused on solar renewable energy installations.
- Installation of solar pedestals and racking systems
- Light construction
- Job site maintenance
- Assist Electrician and Apprentices with non-electrical duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Construction knowledge (residential construction a plus)
- Have excellent organization skills
- Enjoy interacting with Customers
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Enjoy working outside
- Be able to work on ladders and roofs of all pitches and heights
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Have basic hand tools
Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs; have reliable transportation and a current driver’s license with good record; and be ready to travel to customer sites.
- Full-time hourly position
- Compensation based on experience
