Annual Service Plans
Some people would call this a tune-up plan, but there is nothing to tune- up on a solar array. So, we tend to think of this part of our service as an “inspection” to make sure everything is still installed, connected, and operating as it should. But whatever you call it, we think it is the best way to keep your system running to the maximum of its ability. Specifically, our service plan includes a full assessment of your system’s remote monitoring (if applicable) and an on-site inspection (available at two different levels). In either case, our electricians will assess the overall health of the system on site, by doing both a visual as well as electrical meter review. They will look for a lengthy list of issues, from the basic mounting hardware, to wiring, to connections, and more, so that we are confident everything looks like it is still installed and operating up to industry and safety standards.
Troubleshooting and Repair
Experience peace of mind with our comprehensive service process. When an issue arises, our expert team starts by analyzing the problem remotely, often resolving it without the need for an on-site visit. If a hands-on approach is required, our skilled technicians will swiftly dispatch to your location. We work closely with the manufacturer’s technical support teams to ensure a quick and effective resolution, getting your system back up and running smoothly.
System Expansion
Elevate your existing solar system to meet your growing energy demands with our expert solutions. Whether you have increased your electricity usage or added new appliances like electric vehicles or heat pumps, we can enhance your system by seamlessly integrating additional panels and inverters. Our process includes thorough design, engineering, permits, utility approvals, and inspections, ensuring a smooth and efficient upgrade that maximizes your solar generation.
Battery Add-on
Maximize the benefits of your existing solar system with a solar battery retrofit. By adding a solar battery, you can supplement your electrical needs during peak periods and at night when solar generation is unavailable. This smart upgrade allows you to store excess energy generated during the day, providing you with reliable power whenever you need it. It can also offer backup power for when the grid goes down, something that your solar array alone cannot do.
Remove-Reroof-Replace
Simplify your solar roof replacement process with our comprehensive service. Once you have selected a roofer, our expert team will safely remove and reinstall your solar panels after the new roof is installed. We take care of every detail of the solar project management, including any necessary permits. Trust us to seamlessly reinstall your solar system on your new roof, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
