Mass Audubon’s Wildwood is a youth camp (not open to the public) set on about 160 acres of forests, fields and wetlands, with access to Hubbard Pond for water activities.
As with many of its Massachusetts wildlife sanctuaries, the nonprofit organization installed solar at Wildwood to reduce operating expenses, help the environment, and provide a teaching tool for visitors — in this case, campers.
