Clean Condo

Solar energy systems can be installed on condos, but it does require a little extra effort. In most cases, the Condo Association must approve the installation. In this case the system covers part of the neighbor’s roof, so that required permission, too.

The system has 31 SunPower 345-watt panels. Its 10,695 watts produce almost 13,000 kWh of clean electricity a year.
