Flat Out Thrilled

A flat roof can be great for soaking up the sun. The owner of this one emailed us saying how he felt when he turned on his solar electric system from New England Clean Energy:

“Outstanding!!! I flipped the switch and waited for the warm-up period and then the meter started spinning! I checked the outside net meter and it is receiving solar power! Really COOL!! Thank you all again for a great experience!”

A year later, he posted this report about his solar production and savings on the Solar Reviews website:

“We are thrilled beyond belief with the outcome of our installation! New England Clean Energy is a great company to work with and employs caring people that genuinely do care about the environment and their customers. Our job was completed according to schedule and at the quoted price. Our system generated nearly 12,000 kWh of energy in the first year of production. In April of 2016, we had our first month of a negative balance bill! Subsequent to that, we had 3 months of over production (free electricity) and our August 1st bill was $4.00 with our A/C units running almost all of July!!! That”s right, $4.00!!! Oh, and then receiving our Renewable Energy Credits each quarter is just icing on the cake. Thank you, Clean Energy!!!”
