John and Mary Fletcher decided to take the plunge and use New England Clean Energy as their solar panel installer in 2018. Although they initially made this decision in order to lower their monthly electric bill, the benefits to the environment were definitely a plus for them as well.

Even in the midst of the pandemic with him and his wife working from home and their daughter also home and attending school online, they have continued to produce enough power for their need

The Fletcher family picked NE Clean Energy as their solar panel installer because of our sales team and salesperson Todd. “I had met with several other contractors before I heard about your company. Of the others, one made an appointment to meet with me and never showed up.” John said. “Then I met Todd. Very professional, I believe it was late October 2018….he knew what he was talking about and I trusted him.” 

The Fletchers not only loved our sales team, but they also found our crew to be professional and happy to meet their family’s specific needs. John said “When the system was installed, my elderly mother, who was still with us at a hundred years old, really needed special consideration. In particular, having strangers in our house would undoubtedly make her nervous. So I spoke with the crew and asked them to please be mindful when entering and leaving the house. They were awesome, didn’t make a lot of noise, kept their trips in and out to a minimum.” 

When asked if they had any issues post-installation, John replied “We have had a few post-installation interactions, all were great, and all the installers are very professional, all above the call of duty.” We are glad the Fletcher family chose New England Clean Energy as their solar panel installer.
