Solar Reviews — the largest consumer-generated solar reviews website in the U.S.– puts New England Clean Energy at the top of a new list highlighting the Most Reviewed and Best Rated Solar Installers for Massachusetts. This may be the only list out there that takes quantity of reviews into account, as well as quality or rating.

Solar Reviews President Jamie Lakes explains why having so many reviews is a big deal: “The fact that 200 customers took the time to provide feedback on New England Clean Energy says something about the company’s relationships with their customers. Only the solar installers dedicated to customer service, quality installation methods, and nationally recognized accreditations such as NABCEP’s certifications for installers and sales, earn this type of following.”

Equally exciting, we have surpassed 200 customer reviews while maintaining a rating of 4.89 out of 5.00 (as of this writing; Solar Reviews’ ratings change with each new review). We continue to have more reviews than any solar installer in the northeast, and more than all but two companies in the country, out of the more than 3,000 companies listed on Solar Reviews.

I like to think it’s our commitment to the best warranties, equipment, workmanship, and aesthetically pleasing system designs, that has earned us our high customer satisfaction. Or maybe it’s because we never rest on our laurels. We know we’re only as good as our last customer interaction, so making every customer happy will always be our goal. Finally, a good dose of humility goes a long way. We’re human. We make mistakes. It’s how we deal with those mistakes that defines us, as the saying goes.

Whatever the reason for our industry-leading customer satisfaction, our philosophy has kept us in business for 10 years, and we intend to stay in business for the next 10 and far beyond.
